On a recent episode of Booker T's 'Reality of Wrestling' Show, he revealed who he thinks should wrestle CM Punk, should he ever return to the WWE and the two choices are none other than Adam Cole and A.J. Styles.
“Adam Cole is definitely a good choice but the guy for me who is the worker that’s AJ Styles. I pick AJ because AJ is one of those guys to work. He’s at a level in the business where he knows everything about it and that’s very important when a guy coming back trying to get back into it. You know, because things has changed a whole lot and AJ can say ‘hey bro let me make you look good here tonight’.”
Booker T went on to say that the way Punk left the WWE was a way that Punk would not want to remember and that if he ever returned, he'd leave it in a much better way.
“CM Punk man, he left the business I don’t think the way he want to remember. You know, at the end of the day ‘I left the business that way’. All right, you know what be that as it may, people can say whatever they want to say about Punk, he was a big asset to the business. You know, he was hot. He was red hot when he walked away from this thing.”
