In a recent episode of 'Confessions of the Hitman' WWE Hall of Famer and multiple time world champion Bret Hart weighed in on what rating he would give fellow Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan. Hart has a specific rating system based on mic skills, look and overall wrestling skill in the ring and his rating of Hogan based on those three categories, was a 22 out of 30.
"And when you add all those up, like, each category, I think of Hogan, if you give him a 10-out-of-10 on his look, you give him 10-out-of-10 on his promo, but his actual wrestling skills, you might give him a two, so you give him a 22-out-of-30 and that's what I would gage him that."
