It's reported that there isn't much headway with Alberto Del Rio's (Jose A. Rodriguez Chucuan) arrest in May, which stemmed from an alleged assault of a woman whom he became very angry with. Del Rio was released on a $50,000 bond and as of yet, his charges haven't been brought to a grand jury. Del Rio has apparently hired several attorneys to defend him in this case.
