According to F4WOnline.com, former WCW World Heavyweight Champion Vader (Leon White) had an alarming health issue, while wrestling at Korakuen Hall in Japan. Vader passed out at the end of the six-man tag team match, which involved Fujinami, Riki Choshu & Shiro Koshinaka, which Vader was teamed with Keiji Muto & AKIRA.

The match was to commemorate the 45th anniversary of the debut of Tatsumi Fujinami and it was believed that Vader passed out due to dehydration. It was later determined that the cause of the collapse was Vader being dropped on his head during the match. On a positive note, Vader was able to leave the ring on his own after he regained consciousness.
