According to the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter with regard to WWE NXT Superstar Finn Balor, there's word that he may be bumped up to the main WWE Roster by the end of the year. However, the WWE still wants Balor to be the face of the NXT Roster.
With regard to Samoa Joe, the WWE apparently wants to bring him to the main roster after WrestleMania, but if Joe defeats Balor for the NXT Title, those plans could be halted in favor of keeping the feud between the two going for a while longer.
