Hello again wrestling fans and welcome back to another fantastic interview here on *Kayfabe Kickout. In this interview I had the pleasure to speak with Nightshade, who is an up and coming wrestler from across the pond in the United Kingdom. Nightshade currently wrestles for Total Action Wrestling, a great indy promotion that runs shows out of Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire, England. Nighshade is eager to learn and hailing from England, a country steeped in professional wrestling history, she will no doubt become a schooled and skilled women's professional wrestler. I spoke with Nightshade on who where her pro wrestling idols growing up, women's wrestling in the past 25 years, how the name "Nighshade" was born, her involvement with Total Action Wrestling and more. Richard: For wrestling fans who might not know what you are involved with in the world of professional wrestling, can you just give us an update on what's going on in the busy schedule of Nightshade?

Nightshade: Well many people don't know I'm 16 years old and currently in full time education so that doesn't leave as much time as I'd like for wrestling. But I'm training hard and going to the gym whenever I can and trying to do as many shows as possible. Richard: When was the exact moment when you decided you wanted to be a professional wrestler? Nighshade: I was 13 years old and had watched wrestling for many years when my sister found a wrestling school and told me I could actually learn how to wrestle. So I went along and instantly loved it. Richard: As a child growing up who where your pro wrestling idols? Nighshade: "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, Trish stratus, Lita and Shawn Michaels. Richard: What female wrestler either past or present would you most love to work with in the ring? Nightshade: That's a very tough question but the answer would have to be Sweet Saraya Knight because she's a fantastic wrestler and an inspiration. Richard: Over the last 25 years or so Women's Professional Wrestling has changed dramatically in terms of how it's presented, in your opinion do you think it's better today, or has the change hurt the product overall? Nightshade: There are both good and bad points concerning the changes in woman's wrestling but I try to just accept the way wrestling is and enjoy it. Richard: What is the pro wrestling scene like in the UK in terms of popularity? Nightshade: I think it's growing in popularity and the crowds always seem to respond well. Richard: How did you come up with the name “Nightshade” and can you explain to fans who may not be familiar with your career on what your persona is all about? Nightshade: My sister came up with the name and I thought it was really catchy. Nightshade is an arrogant bitch that believes every woman wants to be her and every man wants to be with her. Richard: How do you enjoy working for Total Action Wrestling? Nightshade: I love working for total action wrestling (TAW) it's full of amazing people and they put on great shows. Richard: What are your long term goals you hope to achieve in your career as a professional wrestler? Nightshade: For me working for SHIMMER or ProWrestlingEve would be a goal I'd love to achieve. Richard: Would you work for any of the big three pro wrestling promotions if given the opportunity; WWE, TNA, or ROH? Nightshade: Yes I would, definitely! Richard: Who was the number one women's pro wrestler who inspired you to get into the business, if you had one that is? Nightshade: Honestly I can't give just one persons name, wrestling as a whole made me want to be a part of it. Fans can follow Nightshade on Twitter @nightshade_31, her Official Facebook Page and fans who are in the United Kingdom, check her out at one of Total Action Wrestling's great shows. I want to personally thank Nightshade for taking the time to speak with me here on *Kayfabe Kickout.
